Stylist notes
Please add the Royal Mail returns label charge to your Basket and proceed through the Checkout. After payment you will receive an order confirmation from us and we will receive the request for the label to be created.
We will then manually create the pre-paid label for you. It will be sent to you via email with the label as a PDF attachment. We aim to process all returns labels within 60 minutes of the returns label being purchased, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Labels purchased at a weekend will be processed on a Monday morning.
Please note that Royal Mail will only accept items no greater than 61 x 46 x 46 cm in size and under 2kg in weight.

Instructions
Fill out the returns slip that comes with your parcel.
Enclose the returns slip with the product you are returning and package up securely, removing the original labels.
Your pre-paid label should be printed and applied to the parcel. (Please add the returns label charge to your Basket and proceed through the Checkout to obtain a label or contact us on 01573 224620 if you would like to make payment over the telephone).
Take to the Post Office and obtain a certificate of postage.
Delivery & returns
Get free next day delivery when you spend over £99. All orders are dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
While we take every measure to ensure your parcel reaches you on the estimated delivery date, please allow 3-5 days for any unforeseen circumstances.
Please check stock availability as some items will be dispatched within 3-5 days of order receipt, you will find this on the product page and it will also be confirmed at checkout.
